This is a dark roasted and apple wood smoked Costa Rican Coffee. Dietter was a mythical guide; the breakfest cook of unicorns, that would sometimes stop by the Adirondacks to ply his trade on the bg spring rivers. Equally capable of getting a boat safely down Class 5 white water or changing a 1968 international bus starter; he was a renaissance guide. For all his skills Dietter is best known for his river side campfire coffee. Strong with a hint of smoke.
